No problems yet, but I still am under my 1 year warranty plus 2 years of applecare. The amazing thing was when I got my powerbook back that they didn't reformat my hard drive which was nice.

My lower ram slow went out on my PowerBook and they had to replace the whole logic board plus they bill you for labor. Applecare saved me mucho dinero ($$$).
