I have had 80% success with Apple DVD-Rs (but... 2,805 Views / 31 Replies  
I have had 80% success with Apple DVD-Rs (but they were 2002 vintage) and 100% success with TDK 4x DVD-R media. I get about 4.3 GB on a 4.7 GB DVD using Toast v6.
