Thanks, it works fine now... just got nervous when I didn't saw my menu extras, but it turns out their display is just delayed until a certain point.

Actually ShapeShifter 2 applies icons and themes separatelly, whatever the location of the icons (iContainer or theme - guiKit). So you may use the icons of a given theme with another theme layout....
