I don't really think the lemon law applies because 1 dead pixel is not considered a problem (by Apple and other manufactures). So, that leaves me with 2 problems.

We have an apple airport with 4 apples using it. The new Tibook does not see the Airport. Apple trouble shot the Powerbook with me on the phone and said that they need to have a tech guy look at it.

Do you think I'm overreacting? IS a dead pixel on a new (refurb) not that big a deal? Should I just let them fix the drive and the Airport and live with the pixel?
