In my opinion the 2nd bay isn't a big factor since most drives are too deep to fit into it. Also the DDR speed isn't important since the CPU-RAM interface is a bottleneck on the current G4. 4 HDD's...

It turns out you can't run the CLI Win32 of SETI as a service. The \INSTALL feature in dfold, was a function of foldtrajlite and not windows. So it doesn't apply to SETI.
