Thanks for the reply.
I would like to have the secondary mouse turned off for when I am in my OS X environment and would like to easily enable it when I am in the Windows environment.

For anyone interested....I went with a regular old USB keyboard and was able to boot into Single usermode with no issues and was able to uninstall the Application Enhancer.
Everything is working...
