I get the hello screen and then it wants to set language and choose a Wi-Fi network. I do not a have a Wi-Fi network, or other option connect thru ITunes. But I don't know the previous log-in or...

Bought an I pad at a storage sale, can't get it to do anything but turn on. Is there a way to reset this device so it is not just a paper weight???
