Good luck, but again, Apple won't do jack for you as it's not their software. They may have record of purchase but they have no possible way to see where you installed it and how many times.

Not sure what version you had purchased (10.4, 10.4.3, 10.4.6), but the latter 2 at least came with a trial DVD. I know because I have them both, and the disc says TRIAL on it.
