This is the main problem, with no way to really fix it. For 'valid' HTML you should be specifying image sizes, so when the browser renders the page without the image, there is a correct sized space...

Something else that causes this sort of problem is the Parallels disk image. For some reason the Boot Camp setup app cant move that file to do the disk partition.
