But - there are configs with better memory bandwidth... still - more ram trumps.

Best is 2GB x 8 or 4Gb x 8 in terms of bandwidth/memory throughput.

Honestly - based on performance and reliability, there isn't. On the 667MHz product, the Netlist is Apple Certified and was used by Apple (mainly in exported Mac Pros) for factory memory installs....
