I had a similar problem with O2 here in the UK. They had to reset it at their end (switched it off then back on again). Only after this could I then set up visual voice mail.

Thanks for that info... it's going to be a pain if we now have to check if a pdf's OK on the iPhone and Touch, and change fonts to those that are compatible.
