It does not appear in disk utility.
When the USB cable is plugged in there is a flash of the activity lamp and the MBP disc clicks.

Thank you Simon, I tried to find the NAS but it does not appear in shared part of Finder. Airdisk and the TC do.
Using airport utility and going to disks on TC only shows the TC disk. Nil else....
