I just got a new Nano 4gig, and when I click on options there is no Photo tab at all... thus I can't sync photos. Also, album art does not appear at all.

I had the same problem on my Powerbook, and had to keep fooling with it. on like the 20th try, I finally got the disc mounted and was able to do a full install. My advice is to keep fooling with it.
