I have considered a sidekick, my neighbor has one and loves it. I like it, but the blackberry is cheaper and the data plan is the same price, and truthfully I like the curve better...

Thanks, has this obvious defect been addressed by apple, or are they denying it? Almost everyone I know that has a macbook has had this issue, so it is definitely not a result of wear and tear.
