Also, they use 6 layers of PCB, rather than 4 layers in some of the "lower echelon" RAM. More PCB == lower rate of failure.

XtremeDDR (http://www.xtremeddr.com/). They not so much as manufacture, but torture-test their DDR and then ship it to you. I've gotten 2.2.2 timings on mine in my PC, but you may have to tweak...
