I agree. See if you can get to an apple store and plug in some headphones. I've done this before and the only thing the rep asked was "So does it sound good?"

I should mention that ambient temperature played a greater role in this than I first thought. Last night I had the A/C cranked in my house (it gets hot in Florida) and the MBP was not as hot as...

I agree with this. I've used my Thinkpad T41 for many many many hours at a time with nowhere near the heat of the MBP. I'll still use the MBP over the T41 though :)

Well I'm upgrading from a TiBook 1ghz to a MBP 2.0ghz. Photoshop 7 runs faster on the MBP in Rosetta than it did on the TiBook natively. I had a feeling this would be case and it factored into my...

I don't know what the exact angle is, so I refer to the MBP angle as 130-135 degrees. If it's 120 degrees, then that's what I mean. As you can see, the actual number really means nothing to me.

I personally can't imagine having a use for an angle over 120 degrees. Even in my lap, that's more than enough. I haven't tried the MBP's range yet, but I will when I get home.
