My Rev. C 12" with 1.25 gb of RAM is flawless. Tekserve in NYC sold me the 1 gb chip - its made by Samsung.

I upgraded my 12" 1 ghtz SD (768/80/AEx) to 10.3.3. and the fan hasn't come on. This PowerBook is the best computer I've ever owned.
