Hello,
I have upgraded my iMac 21 to Sierra.
Today I have noticed that my Caps-lock keyboard is not functioning any more.
I have looked at my Keyboard control panel but couldn’t figure out how I can configure it to overcome the issue.
Any idea and explanations as what to do

Do you mean the caps lock key on your keyboard doesn't work? Or that your "Caps-lock brand" keyboard has stopped working? It's unclear from your post.

Do you have another keyboard to test with? Alternatively, do you have a partition or volume with an older OS on it that you can boot back into for testing? The object is to narrow down if it's the OS or the keyboard.

I have solved the issue when I found in the control panel Keyboard where to select a command and now it works.
