Hi. I have a Mac Pro 1.1 that's heavily ugpraded. I have a 128gig SSD dual booting into 10.6.8 and win7x64. I already partitioned my new 240gig SSD in an external drive, and backed up OSX onto one of the partitions and its bootable.

Now I'm trying to clone my Win7 partition onto the new partition of the SSD. I downloaded Macrium Reflect, and the issue is the boot CD that it needs me to boot from, in order to clone the win7 disk, won't work. I get stuck because I have a mac and something in the bios won't let me use the USB keyboard, to select the CD room to boot from. It says "Select Boot CD rom" or something like that, and you can select one or two, but the reality is I can't select either because the boot CD is not recognizing my keyboard.
Help?

In machines like the Pro, where you can have different drives for different boot partitions, I really like having discrete drives for OSes. Is this not a possibility?

I love the 1,1. Only recently did I sell mine.

Remember after moving the Win volume over with Reflect, it is not bootable by default. You have to run Reflect again, select the disk, and choose a menu option or button that says something along the lines of "make this partition bootable" or something similar.
