Full instructions here. Basically, the Mac Pro's AE card is a drop in replacement, and supports 802.11n.

I have that card at home but have not yet installed it. I got it from Compusa, the store is closing and they had it for $19.95. It was just sitting there and no one knew what it was. Talk about my luck. So I got it, I do not think I will install it until I have a need for it. Good luck, let us know how it goes.

You can get a mac pro N card from any apple store. They will run for about $59. Just go to an apple store and tell them you want a wireless N airport extreme card for the mac pro.

Compusa might have some as well since they are an authorized apple repair center.
