The problems just keep creeping up...

What the hell does this mean?

First Aid failed

Disk Utility stopped repairing permissions on ASW PBG4 because the following error was encountered:

No valid packages
Do I need to reinstall Tiger? Permissions repair has worked in the past.

Doh!

I deleted everything in /Library/Receipts as part of my cleaning binge. I guess that was a bad thing to do. Is it really that important for permissions repair or can I get by without these packages until 10.4.1?

Edit:

Searched and found my answer, but since my gf now has Tiger and wants help installing it...all I need to do is to copy her /Library/Receipts (though BaseSystem.pkg is really what I need) and she has the same programs as I do.
