What I don't like about Audiogalaxy is that it filters songs, so if you want something semi-mainstream, it is damn near impossible to get it.

Acquisition is a great because of its speed and ease of use. I have been waiting for a program like it for months.

The problem with setting up with 20 to 25 hosts is that it uses up a lot of bandwidth. I know that my cable company is cracking down on gnutella users who are eating up bandwidth. That is the main reason I use Limewire, the ultrapeer technology keeps the bandwidth use down.

Not to be a party pooper, but not only does Limewire group multiple occurences of the same file together, but now it can automatically download it from several hosts at once. Even though Limewire is slow buggy poo, I can't use Aquisition until it gets comparable features...

I had almost given up on limewire, but the latest releases kick ass. Downloading from multiple hosts is a slice of heaven. If it wasn't java and didn't have a hideous interface, it would be perfect.

You all do know it's a simple process to get rid of the banner ads, right?

I love it! Can't wait for the next release as I'm sure it will get better and better. Apps like this just go to show how kick ass cocao is.
