According to MobileTracker..

Verizon Gets a Camera Phone

Verizon finally has a camera phone Maybe non-CBS viewers will consider the company now. The LG VX6000 has a full-color screen and a .3 megapixel camera. Not the best resolution, but not bad for a US phone. It will cost you $149 after a $50 mail-in rebate with a two-year contract. You can snag it online or at Verizon Wireless stores nationwide starting today.

Update: MMS was introduced by Verizon to go along with the phone $.25 a message.

VX6000 looks good to me... I would have gotten it if having a camera phone was important. It is a 262k color screen!

I just ordered a new Verizon plan with the VX4400 phone, which was only $50. Its an excellent phone for my needs. There is e911 with GPS, CMX Midi Ringtones, Web Enabled (for free too!), and lots of other goodies. Its not bluetooth, and there are only 64k colors viewable, but I can make do with a USB cable.

Another thing, the VX4400 is Digital plus can function on Analog signals, where the VX6000 is strictly Digital. The VX4400 is versatile in this way.

Siemens phones are not available with practically any carrier, especially in my area.
