I'd be interested in playing around with it on the Mac.
I played with it at JavaOne this year...it's pretty damn cool.
I just don't have the time to figure out all the dependencies and what it would take to get it running on OS X.

One thing I do know, is that Looking Glass requires JDK 1.5, so you'd have to have access to Tiger DP to even try. That, and the X Server is patched, so you'd have to get the source for looking glass, and Apple's X server and apply the same patches and rebuild.

If I try it out it'd be on a Sun machine I've got sitting around. My experience has been that a lot of projects like this work the best on the machines they were designed on...Sun it is in the Project Looking Glass case...

You wouldn't get very far.
It's linux only right now. Solaris port in the works, but last I knew it wasn't ready.
