I'd be interested in playing around with it on the Mac.
I played with it at JavaOne this year...it's pretty damn cool.

I just don't have the time to figure out all the dependencies and what it would take to get it running on OS X.

One thing I do know, is that Looking Glass requires JDK 1.5, so you'd have to have access to Tiger DP to even try. That, and the X Server is patched, so you'd have to get the source for looking glass, and Apple's X server and apply the same patches and rebuild.

If I try it out it'd be on a Sun machine I've got sitting around. My experience has been that a lot of projects like this work the best on the machines they were designed on...Sun it is in the Project Looking Glass case...
Apple iBook, B&W, Quadra 660, PowerMac 6100
Sun Netra T1, Ultra 1, Javastation

You wouldn't get very far.

It's linux only right now. Solaris port in the works, but last I knew it wasn't ready.
