I have been searching high and low for the ultimate "L-shaped" desk. It will be used for my PowerMac G5, 23" ACD, etc. I'd like something either, gray, black or bleached wood. The front of the desk would either reach the floor or come very close. One of my biggest pet peeves with consumer desks at stores is that they do not come to the floor in the front, so all of your wiring, computer, trash can, etc. is exposed.

Any help with links would be very much appreciated!

Thank you.
-Brian

Sounds like a question for the Walmart forum.

You should look at the ikea corner units as even though it has an open back they sell a cable nest shelf you attach under it and it holds all the mess of wires.

Ikea's stuff looks sort of like less expensive Techline without the expandability or quality finishes. In fact, we're kicking around the idea of building an additional log home on our family lake property with an "Ikea-like" kitchen but having Techline build the cabinets.

ikea makes some crappy cheap furniture...but their quality stuff is great. ive had my jerker table for 4 years strong and its very well built. you should take a look at their galant tables, thats what i'd go with for a corner desk unit right now.
