I hope someone is able to help here:

I just started using iTools on my Mac. Using it in terms of buying additional space so everyone can see pictures of family, video clips and the like. However, now that the kids (nieces and nephews-and not mine!) are able to access grandma's computers, I have setup Multiple users and have a Kids accounts where they have access to some programs (IE 5, the CDR and Programs like AppleWorks 6, etc.) I also installed KidSafe but everytime I go to the iTools webpage to setup the KidSafe settings I come to the iTools installation/download page.

Am I missing something?

You may need to download the special iTools plugin. Once you do that, you should be able to access the login page for iTools, login, and get to the actuall stuff. If you switched browsers, or deleted cookies (whenever I do I have to reinstall the plugin) you proabably need the plugin again.

Hope this helps,
