I figure that this might be the place to ask, if not, sorrry.

I am looking for an OS X logo, the blue "X" in a format big enough to be printed in at least 4-5 inches in height. I have looked, but have not seen any big enough to look good printed.

well, *legally* you'd have to call up Apple PR. However, you could always scan that bad chicken off of the OSX packaging at whatever res you wanted, descreen and you are ready to go.

There is an oblique scan of the box Here.

Whoever scanned it needs a few lessons imho, however if you adjust the levels to 0 / 1.00 / 247 (ie change 255 to 247) it should clean up the dodgy whites, and you should be able to correct perspective with the photoshop perspective crop or transform tools.

you do NOT have to ask Apple PR, you just have to agree to their terms. go to http://www.apple.com/pr/photos/macosx/macosx.html

You can also get this and skip the perspective problem with the one on the box.
