I was most definitely not expecting to see Nancy Pelosi and Newt Gingrich looking at each other (almost lovingly) as they described the need to act on global warming neé "climate change." I see that Pat Robertson and Al Sharpton were the first to be paired, but I haven't seen that ad yet. Strange bedfellows indeed. Here's an article on the campaign:

I saw the Pat and Al spot. It think it was a pretty good ad.

My stupid iPhone game: Nesen Probe, it's rather old, annoying and pointless, but it's free.
Was free. Now it's gone. Never to be seen again.
Off to join its brother and sister apps that could not
keep up with the ever updating iOS. RIP Nesen Probe.

Pat and Al seemed way less friendly.
Not that they seemed unfriendly, but I was quite surprised at how genial Pelosi seemed. It was extreme, yet didn't seem forced in any way.
Plus, as I've said before, NP is a total babe for someone pushing 70.

I think nearly everyone except the truly insane, ignorant or plain evil, would cooperate to save the planet as we know it.

Haha, that would be nice sarcasm if it wasn't true.

I believe it's too late or undoable. Mankind only destroys and in this case it is rolling a very huge rock up a steep hill against forces it has no control over.
The planet as we know it hasn't been around long. It is continually changing and no matter what we do won't change that fact.
