Hi there,
My son is 4, and he was sent home with one of the class mascot's, Mr. Monkey. And the assignment is basically his adventures. He said could we take pictures and tell a story. So, is there a freeware layout program so that I could do simple fun like book of this, pictures with words. Any ideas would be appreciative. I figure there must be such an app.

iPhoto will be able to create a book with custom texts automatically. I'm not sure if you're able to save it to different format such as .pdf though.

Have you tried OmniGraffle? I think it may do the job too.
