Now with transition to Intel, finally Apple stopped using Mac-exclusive parts, in terms of hardware. So why not to produce (assemble) a Mac OS X-ready computer and sell it with OS X bundled (I mean, a third party). With success of OSX86, you can assemble a pretty standard Intel based PC and sell as Mac -compatible, leaving the option of installing OS X to a user. These Macs could be in SFF, so like new CubeX, or have some other custom parts (like a Mini with graphic card and or audio card).. and be sold without OS X but as OS X-ready.. I am sure its not illegal

Well then you're just building a custom PC, and leaving it to the user to illegally download and install a hacked copy of OS X. You can't just take Apple's install discs and load OSX86 on any PC, you have to get a hacked version, just like you can't install Apple's updates. And if someone's going to do that, they're more likely to build their own computer rather than buy one of yours.

i did not say hacked OS X - i meant legitimate installation of OS X. In other words, hardware is essentially same as iMac or Macmini, but maybe with graphic and sound card. Some need to install drivers perhaps needed, but everything is legitimate.

As Gossamer explained, it doesn't work, OSX will refuse to be installed on non Apple hardware.
You can trick it to install but it breaks the user agreement, so its illegal.
You could go to hell if you break the law, so I wouldn't risk it.

Actually it is, as you agree in the EULA to use OSX on apple hardware. Your breaking the agreement and thus the Law. Will apple catch you, probably not, should you do it nope.
You'll also have to hack the OS since for a number of reasons. First Macs use EFI but PCs are using BIOS, you need to get that to work, second is apple's built in protection against using OSX on non-apple hardware. I'm sure there's some security features built in but to be honest I haven't tried it so I don't know.

Not a great idea unless you've got a huge ass you want Apple to sue off you.
