I have recently upgraded to Quicken 2002, Palm 4.0, and pocket quicken 2.0. Everything is up and running but I have 2 annoying issues. First, hotsyncing takes alot longer now than with the previous version - with no increase in amount of data or more palm apps. Is there any tricks to streamline or speed up hotsyncing with palm 4.0? Second, each time I hotsync now, palm wants to install Installer 3.x (whatever came with palm 4.0 download). Installer 3.x is not in the items-to-be-installed list. Why does it keep trying to install Installer onto my handspring and How do I get it to stop?

Finally, I will be going to OSX soon. Anyone using palm with OSX? Is it ready for daily use yet or still a Beta?

Fish - I am running a Quicken 2002, Pocket Quicken 2.0 with a Palm VIIx, Palm desktop 4 on OS X. I sync fine... no errors. And yes, it is a tad bit slow but not too bad.
