Wow, I'm surprised no one else posted this yet. Should I feel bad about being the first to post a thread on a security update?

I am not sure why.. since the last security update, everytime I tried to run repair permission.. it always shows me the "cd9600util" thing.. why was that?

I think the ownership/permissions are changed by the automounter when a CD is inserted and then not reset later. CD9660 is the standard PC CD filesystem afaik

permissions for Macintosh HD[/b]
Determining correct file permissions.
We are using special permissions for the file or directory ./System/Library/Filesystems/cd9660.fs/cd9660.util. New permissions are 33261

I'm getting the same permission errors. They won't go away no matter what. Saw a Genius at the Applebar three days ago and they were unaware of it. Went again this morning and they are now aware of it, but no solutions. hmmm....
