A few weeks back I had my car in for service. They recommend replacing the pedal pads as they are worn out. For $12 I say sure. I know this can happen.
Drive out of the lot on my way to work, I notice a few miles down the brake is slippery. The dang new cover slipped off. I replace it several times but it pops off. I take it in, they mutter that it must have been installed upside down,
and put it back on. Falls off again within 5 miles of the shop. I take it in again next week, another guy says maybe I got one for a different model car, goes and gets a new one from the part shop... but yep, it falls off.
Do I
a) take it back and make them fix the damn thing AGAIN;
b) Just give up and coat the thing in gorilla glue to MAKE IT STAY PUT? Any downside to this option?
Signed,
tired of crawling on the floor of the car.
