I just installed Tiger on my work computer, and I have a Microsoft Internet Keyboard Pro, and the application I downloaded from Microsoft does NOT switch the alt and the windows keys around. Is there another work around for this?
Thanks

It's built into the OS. Click on Modifier Keys in the Keyboard prefpane.

What the nerd community most often fail to realize is that all features aren't equal. A well implemented and well integrated feature in a convenient interface is worth way more than the same feature implemented crappy, or accessed through a annoying interface.
