How do I send files via Bluetooth File Transfer to the LG VX8550 Chocolate 2 phone, anyone know of any software or drivers I need to download to do this, The USB cable doesn't seem to work with my Macbook Pro and the software is Windows compatible

I use Bitpim with my LG VX8300 and it works great.

Please not that some carriers in some countries limit the access.

I have the latest BitPim and it doesn't recognize my phone, also LG VX8550, sigh. However, the built-in Bluetooth did after about the second or third try. I was able to successfully back up my contacts and send a music file to it that goes to the ringtones folder but doesn't show up as a ringtone. If someone can help there, let me know.

I can't get it to work with BitPim either.... I tried the test version too and nothing.

I can access Mysounds using OS X's bluetooth file transfer browser but still no ringtones...

I have Verizon...
