Not recognizing USB

	Hi there, I've got an usb pen drive that is not recognize by any os (I've tried Vista and SnowLeorpard) I've tried to recover it Windows style by doing a low formatting with no result, I've also changed the writing protection to 0 with no results. I was hoping someone here will help me maybe trying to format it tru MacOs Terminal (Ive already tried MSDos with no results) Thanks!
