Read the last paragraph from this article from WinSupersite. What kind of shite is this? This is not only inaccurate, it's just a pure lie.
Regardless of how you get it, Windows XP is a cause for celebration. For the hundreds of millions of people mired in the unstable hell of Windows 9x, Windows XP is a clean slate, your entry into a new world of reliability and stability. For Windows 2000 users, the upgrade is less dramatic, but still worthwhile, especially for the mobility and digital media features. And for the copycat Mac OS X and Linux platforms, where innovation equates to copying the feature set of Windows, the bar has been raised yet again, this time to stupefying heights. Surely, those platforms will catch up someday. But in the meantime, we've got the best solution right here, right now.

Someone else already made a thread about this. It's just a poorly writtten commentary by a diehard windows summanahbeech. I would venture after reading his "review" that he's not quite out of school yet and he has a lot of time on his hands. Not professional, as the site is done in FrontPage, and all of his bigass screenshots are posted as .gifs
