Can Jar Launcher give console output?

	I'm writing a program that launches a command line java program. It works fine, but you can't see any of the command line feedback - the generic java icon launches with no open window at all. I realize you can see the feedback by going to Console, but is there a way to programmatically tell it to display such a window when launching? Thanks.
