The parallells between Microsoft and the Sirius Cybernetics Systems are prophetic. Since SCS existed long before MS as we know it.
The only profitable division of the company is its Complaints Department, which, according to the series, takes up all of the major landmasses on the first three planets in the Sirius Tau system.
