This is probably the wrong place, at the wrong time. But I need to know the best way to make a video clip from a DVD?
Any suggestions?

If you think this is the wrong place, why post here instead of finding the Applications forum or Digital Media forum?
MacTheRipper will let you rip the DVD, then you can edit it down.

Handbrake works well for short clips.
