I'm a big http://slashdot.org fan, and laugh when they post unsubstantiated information like our "new" PDA, the iWalk. It just makes us look bad when this hardware doesn't see the light of day. We are already a joke to most IS people, and the PDA market is --> SO <-- soft now... When we make it on /. I would rather it be about something real.

Last interview I read with Frank Cassanova, it was fact and not rumour that the next QT will be mpeg4 based, as will many others including Real Media.

slashdot is www.slashdot.org It is a huge tech news site that has thousands of visits an hour. The thing has a huge following. My guess is they get upwards of 500,000 people a day. "Slashdotting" is a term that has been invented there for what happens to the servers that posted stories link to. Most servers can't handle the number of hits and are effectively DOSed.

Also known as "farking" or "being farked," for those who like to waste their free time elsewhere.
Find out just what any people will quietly submit to and you have found out the exact measure of injustice and wrong which will be imposed upon them.
