I wasn't sure were to put this, and since it's a PB I am looking to purchase, I figured I'd put it here. If it belongs elsewhere, please move it for me, moderators!
Does anyone know if the Fed. Gov't discount from the apple store extends to military personel? Also, can you get that discount from an Apple retail location?

since the agreement says US government employees, I would say that applies to military but you might want to ask if you go into a retail store.
I know you can buy hardware products in retail stores with educations discount, but i'm not sure about government.

I am active duty too. You can buy things at a discounted rate. I just purchased APPLECARE for my iPOD directly from the APPLE Store Online (GOVERNMENT) site.

Well, I just did my taxes, finally, and someones getting a new PowerBook next month! Woot!
Now, if apple will just update thier Powerbooks for me...
