i dont get it, difference with sparse encrypted images, and normal encrypted ones

i made both, and they are exactly the same, just that the sparse one has the word "sparse" in it lol

Sparse disk images grow as needed (up to the specified maximum size). Normal disk images take the specified size right from the beginning, whether it is needed or not.

Please drop the lolling.
