I have an old document created in PageMaker 4.0 and would like to get it into InDesign CS. Is there some way to convert it? I does not appear to be able to open in InDesign.
Thanks

I think you need to get Adobe's PageMaker plug-in for InDesign. Unfortunately, the product page for it at Adobe.com seems to be gone.

Indesign CS should *include* the plugin for PM. (mine did - why I got it!)
That being said, 4.0 is VERY old. I'm not sure even the latest PM (6&7) could import them... but maybe.

All subsequent PM versions opened PM4.0 docs on the same platform.
InDesign opens docs from PM6 or 6.5 up, depending on the InDesign version see here and here.
I shoulda known the PM stuff, since I did tech support for it around 6.0 and 6.5. But that was a while ago. at any rate, google proved your friend this time..
