Help! I need to know if this has happened to anyone yet. I haven't read anything about it on all forums that I have researched. I just got a new Black Macbook and last night after installing software updates, we restart and the computer freezes on the Starting OSX screen. So lastnight we reformated, and it kept all my programs and files which was cool and everything was fine. Tonight when I got home, I turned it on and what do ya know, frozen AGAIN! This is really bugging me and I can't call Apple yet because they are closed. I think we may end up bringing it to Apple and hopefully getting it fixed or exchanged.
