So why can't you buy Harry Potter 7 in iTunes?

Remember a few years back, when Apple made a huge stink about having exclusive rights to the digital harry potter audiobooks? They even made that Harry Potter iPod?
It's now been almost 2 months since the books been out, and you still can't buy the most recent audiobook from iTunes (or anywhere else online that I've found). It doesn't matter to me personally, as I've already read the book, just an interesting question I had on why they have the first 6 but not number 7?

Audio books typically get released several months behind the printed version.

The CD's/cassettes have been out since release date though? Or do you mean just the digital versions?

I am sure it is some sort of contract keeping them out of iTunes / Audible for a period.
It will show up eventually.
