im mainly interested in the sync feature since i have an iMac and a Macbook. are there any good programs out there to sync the two machines?

i don't need a 100% identical mirror, just some apps and folders.

I'm a huge fan of rsync for a number of reasons, but it is a command line utility built into OS X. Does the tool need to have a GUI?
