Well now that I have one, that seems old news. What I am curious about is where is Apple going from here. Admittedly I wish it had apps already installed. It would be a lot easier than using WebApps, which I personally find all right but, they do lack a lot.
So whats this SDK (I believe I have heard about) thats coming soon?? I assume it will provide the user with more capabilities than we presently have, right????????? And I assume that Safari might eventually let you download files, that would be a plus. And disk mode would also be a big point too!!!
Another curious point is does the Touch have a processor????? Since I see no mention of it, I assume it does not; anyone know?????

The SDK will allow developers to write apps for the iPhone and hopefully the iTouch. You may be able to download the apps from the developer for free or fee, or you may have to go through iTunes (and certainly pay for them).
The iTouch has an ARM processor just like the iPhone; I believe it's one of the Xscale chips that Marvell recently bought from Intel.

It's an Intel Xscale (featured in a lot of smart phones).
