Let's say i've got the account [email protected]. I want to sync this account on my iphone, macbook and via me.com. So when I send a message via my iphone it also has to appear in the outbox on the macbook.
Is this possible with mobile me? The receiver has to see the [email protected] account and not the me.com account. Or is there another solution.
as English is not my native language feel free to correct it

why not just get an IMAP gmail account, which will sync across all your machines and iPhone. You can use gmail with google apps to manage your domain so that all mail is seen as [email protected] rather than your gmail address. You can set a standard gmail account to "send as" as well
No need for mobile me

Just host your domain's email with an email provider that uses IMAP.

We should start a list of good, cheap, feature rich IMAP email hosts (perhaps in a different thread). I'm currently using SiteGround (a foreign host), which I'm pretty happy with because it fits all those categories.
