TV Shows Republicans (But Not Democrats) Watch

I give the edge to the Dems here for liking Dexter, but I'd say both lists are almost universally craptacular.

Yeah yeah.... I didn't know there was a new 90210 out. Does it suck as much as the original?

No one I know who watched it back in the day has picked up on the new one.

Whether that means it's more or less sucky I couldn't tell you.

Two and a Half Men is the best comedy and 30 Rock sucks.

Dexter is stupid and NCIS rocks.

I must be a republican.

Interesting but not necessarily surprising. By this survey, Democrats appear to watch a lot of NBC and cable. Republicans appear to watch a lot of CBS. CBS's demographics skew much older, correlating with conservative.

I don't watch a single show on either list.

I've seen a few Modern Familys and it seems pretty good, but nothing I would go out of my way to watch.

My sig is 1 pixel too big.

Me either.

I've been around while some of these are on, which is why I give Dexter a pass, and pass judgement on others.

I'm curious about Breaking Bad though.

That's to bad, because Community is the funniest show on TV.

Hmm...

On the Democrat side, I only watch "countdown with Keith Olbermann".

On the Republican side, I watch about 3 shows.

I think the study sucks.
Bush Tax Cuts == Job Killer
June 2001: 132,047,000 employed
June 2003: 129,839,000 employed
2.21 million jobs were LOST after 2 years of Bush Tax Cuts.

Invalid study, I watch a lot from both sides. Interesting that the "republican" side has more reality tv though. It would also be interesting to see who uses Tivo more, or who pays for premium cable and COULD watch dexter etc but doesn't.

Curious as in you haven't seen it? Really, one of the best written shows on TV.

I think the study is fairly pointless and does not come to useful conclusions, but it's kind of fun.

Then again, maybe it's time to stop putting everybody and everything into left and right categories.

I think Community is losing steam. Last week's episode was a boring episode about boring TV episodes ("bottle episodes"). Come on.

Well that would make one episode out of two seasons that has less steam.

Honestly, I have never been let down by that show, it's the only thing on TV that I look forward to during the week.

Maybe it's just me. I've not yet felt compelled to watch much this season, as I did last season. I think the premise has worn thin for me.

You need to be watching Mad Men then.

The premise may be wearing thin, but they found a clever way to incorporate Chang into each ep still.

I thought the Halloween episode was damned brilliant.

Especially zombie-Jeff using his smartphone, then he slowly turns back into a human and goes right back to using his smartphone.

I don't think I'd pay much attention to anything happening in a scene with Ms Hendricks in it.

Yes. I haven't seen it.

The premise seems interesting though, and I keep on hearing things about it like "one of the best written shows on TV".

Wow. I never seen her that way since she plays a nerdy girl in community.

If I was gay, she would turn me straight.

This entire season has been about her boobs. And there was the "Debate" episode where she busted out all sorts of cleavage.
